Venus Films’ new movie  - The Hunters hits the Silverbird Cinemas on Good Friday March 29. It stars Eckow Blanson,Kofi Adjololo, Adjetey Anang, Jackie Applah, Gavivina Tamakloe, Amanobia Doddoo, Abeiku Sagoe Among Others.
 
It is a story of Adjetey Anang (Bediako), who was born on the street by a woman who had no idea of the whereabouts of his father. When he grew up he joined a robbery gang just to make ends meet to look after his mother and daughter.

Sypnosis:
There are many things that must not be said ... others that cannot be left unsaid..... in between lies a story worth telling....When mike (John Dumelo) returns home after a sojourn overseas with Angie (kafui danku).. his wife to be and mother of his unborn child, he is greeted with such hatred in his mother's eyes that leaves him gaping and searching for the truth... a truth he cannot find without bloodshed....faces masked... secrets buried.. hearts broken .. Mike embarks on a journey to where it all began.....

It’s very glaring that, the rate at which Ghanaian movies are churned out with unnecessary nude scenes has dwindled.

The very unfortunate trend has been shifted to Nollywood. Now controversial movie producer, Socrate Safo who is known to produce such movies can rest.
